944 Webshop – Store Policies
Last updated: 24 August 2026
These Store Policies ("Policies") apply to all purchases made through 944 Webshop ("the Store", "we", "us", or "our") and to the use of customer accounts and services provided through the Store.
By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Policies together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, where applicable.
944 Webshop is operated from Denmark and sells products to consumers within the European Union.
1. Customer Accounts
Customers may create an account where permitted under applicable law.
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating an account or placing an order.
Certain information may be required to operate your account, process orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and operate the Store's catalogue and content-visibility features.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and any two-factor authentication codes confidential and secure.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you notify us promptly of unauthorised access or misuse.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or a material breach of these Policies.
2. Personal Information
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We only collect and process personal information that is relevant and necessary for the purposes for which it is used.
Personal information will not be used for unrelated purposes unless we have an appropriate legal basis to do so.
Where consent is required for a particular processing activity, you may withdraw that consent in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, measurements, colours and other information displayed on the Store are accurate and up to date.
However, products may vary slightly from photographs or descriptions due to manufacturer specifications, lighting, screen settings, production batches or supplier updates.
Where applicable, product information is obtained or supplemented from our suppliers and may be updated periodically.
The availability, specifications and prices of products may change before an order is accepted.
The use of artificial intelligence or automated tools in the preparation, translation, categorisation or optimisation of product information does not remove our responsibility to provide consumers with accurate information.
4. Prices and VAT
Prices are displayed in the currency selected by you (such as EUR, USD, GBP, DKK or SEK) and, where applicable, include VAT and other mandatory taxes required by applicable law. The final amount in your selected currency is confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Any additional delivery charges or other mandatory costs will be communicated to you before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, typographical or technical errors.
If an obvious pricing error affects an order that has not yet been fulfilled, we may contact you and offer you the opportunity to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order and receive a full refund.
5. Orders and Order Acceptance
When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing an order, you will normally receive an automated acknowledgement confirming that we have received your order.
Receipt of an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
An order is accepted when we confirm that the order has been accepted for fulfilment and payment has been successfully authorised, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where permitted by applicable law, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, obvious pricing errors, technical errors, product unavailability or other legitimate reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.
6. Payment
Payments are processed through our designated payment service provider.
We do not store complete payment card details on our own systems where such information is processed directly by our payment service provider.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
You will normally receive payment and/or order confirmation by email.
If a payment fails, is reversed or is otherwise not successfully completed, we may suspend or cancel the associated order.
7. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are displayed on the relevant product page and/or during checkout.
After payment has been confirmed, orders are normally forwarded for fulfilment within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date or period has been expressly agreed.
Where no other delivery period has been agreed, applicable consumer legislation may provide a maximum delivery period.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, strikes, severe weather, natural disasters, governmental restrictions or other force majeure events.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights regarding delivery.
8. Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
If you are a consumer purchasing goods online, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
For goods, the withdrawal period normally begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
For orders containing multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period normally begins when the last item is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.
You may contact us through our Help Center or by email at: support@944webshop.com
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and normally no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods unless we have agreed to bear those costs or applicable law requires otherwise.
You are responsible for the goods while they are being returned to the return destination specified by us.
You may handle and inspect the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would reasonably be permitted to do in a physical shop.
If the goods are handled beyond what is necessary for such examination, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in their value to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Certain products may be exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law. This may include, for example, certain sealed goods which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken, personalised goods, or other goods falling within statutory exceptions.
Where an exception applies, this will be communicated to you where required.
9. Refunds Following Withdrawal
If you validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse payments received from you in accordance with applicable law.
The refund will normally include the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.
We are not required to reimburse additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery option.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
10. Faulty, Damaged or Non-Conforming Products
Nothing in these Policies limits your statutory rights concerning defective, damaged or non-conforming goods.
If a product is defective, damaged on arrival or does not correspond to the contract, you may have rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or another legal remedy depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Consumers within the European Union generally benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract, subject to applicable national rules and exceptions.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us through our Help Center or at: support@944webshop.com
We may request photographs or other information reasonably necessary to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate remedy.
11. Promotions, Discounts and Coupons
Promotional codes, coupons and discounts may be subject to specific conditions, including:
- validity periods;
- minimum order values;
- product or category restrictions;
- maximum usage limits; and
- restrictions on combining promotional offers.
The applicable terms will be communicated with the relevant promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined.
We reserve the right to withdraw or modify a promotional campaign where permitted by law.
12. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- misuse or interfere with the Store;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to another customer's account;
- interfere with the security or operation of the Store;
- use the Store for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
- use automated systems to place orders without our prior authorisation;
- scrape, harvest or systematically collect prices, product information or other Store data;
- attempt to bypass security, technical or access-control measures; or
- otherwise use the Store in a manner that violates applicable law.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access to accounts or services where we reasonably believe that these rules have been violated or that fraudulent or unlawful activity has occurred.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content appearing on the Store, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product presentation, page layouts, software, design elements and other materials, is owned by or licensed to 944 Webshop or its suppliers and partners.
You may use the Store and its content solely for personal and lawful shopping purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, licence or otherwise commercially exploit Store content without prior written permission, except where permitted by mandatory law.
14. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Policies excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Nothing in these Policies limits or affects your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the Store or from an order.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising directly from a particular order will not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that order.
This limitation does not apply where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.
15. Marketing Communications
We may send transactional and service-related communications necessary for processing your account or orders, including order confirmations, payment confirmations, shipping updates and customer service communications.
Marketing communications will only be sent where we have an appropriate lawful basis under applicable law.
Where marketing communications are based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the communication or through the relevant account settings where available.
Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect transactional or legally required communications.
16. Changes to These Policies
We may update these Policies from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices or applicable legislation.
The version applicable to an order will generally be the version in force when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law.
Where required, we will notify customers of material changes and request acceptance where legally necessary.
17. Governing Law and Consumer Disputes
These Policies and the relationship between you and 944 Webshop are governed by Danish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the country where you reside.

Consumers may have the right to bring proceedings before the courts of Denmark or, where applicable, the courts of their country of residence.
You may also contact the relevant consumer protection authority or consumer dispute-resolution body available in your country.
