These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 944webshop.com ("the Store") operated by 944 Webshop, Copenhagen, Denmark — VAT / CVR: 40841725, contact support@944webshop.com. By creating an account or placing an order you accept these Terms, together with our Store Policies, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

2. Products and pricing

We take care to keep product information accurate, but products may vary slightly from descriptions or photographs. Prices are displayed in your chosen currency and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors; if an error affects a not-yet-fulfilled order, you may confirm it at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment is successfully authorised and we confirm acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of fraud, pricing errors, technical errors or product unavailability, refunding any amount already paid.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card details. Payment must be authorised before an order is processed. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or cancel the order.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and at checkout. Orders are forwarded for fulfilment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You bear the direct cost of returning goods unless we agree otherwise or the goods are faulty. Certain items (e.g. unsealed hygiene goods, personalised items) may be excluded by law. 7. Faulty goods and warranty

If goods are faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or a refund. EU consumers benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for non-conforming goods.

8. Intellectual property

All Store content (text, graphics, logos, photographs, software and design) is owned by or licensed to 944 Webshop or its suppliers. You may use the Store for personal, lawful shopping purposes only and may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Store, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, use automated systems to place orders, scrape content, or use the Store unlawfully.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order does not exceed the amount paid for that order.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Danish law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the courts of Denmark or, where applicable, your country of residence. You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
