Store policies

1. Welcome to 944 Webshop

These store policies ("Policies") apply to all purchases and account use on 944 Webshop ("the Store", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Policies together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. We are based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and sell to customers within the European Union.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Orders placed by minors require approval by a parent or legal guardian.
  • You must provide accurate information, including your name, email address, gender (as a preference) and date of birth. Your date of birth is used only to verify age eligibility and is never used for marketing.
  • You must verify your email address before placing orders. This protects your account and ensures order and delivery updates reach you.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and two-factor authentication codes safe, and for all activity on your account.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Supplier prices are re-checked before payment; if a price has changed materially, you will be asked to review your cart before paying. An order is only confirmed once payment is received and verified by our payment provider. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never store your card details. You will receive a payment confirmation by email.

5. Delivery

Delivery estimates are shown on each product page and at checkout. Orders are forwarded to our suppliers within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. We are not liable for carrier delays outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns and refunds

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging, in line with EU consumer law and our Refund Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

7. Product information

Our catalogue is curated by our team and assisted by AI tools. While we work hard to keep descriptions, images and specifications accurate, minor variations between suppliers and manufacturers may occur. Supplier ratings and stock levels are refreshed regularly but can change.

8. Promotions and coupons

Coupons and promotional codes have specific terms: validity period, minimum order value, and usage limits. Codes cannot be combined unless stated, and we may withdraw promotions at any time.

9. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the Store, attempt to access other accounts, or interfere with the website's operation.
  • Do not use automated tools to place orders, harvest prices, or bypass security measures.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or show signs of fraud.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Store — including text, images, logos and design — belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Policies limits your statutory consumer rights. Our total liability for an order is capped at the amount paid for that order, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

12. Marketing communications

We only send marketing emails if you have given your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time from your account settings or via the unsubscribe link in every email.

13. Changes to these Policies

We may update these Policies from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies. If a change requires it, we will ask you to accept the updated Policies when you next sign in.

14. Governing law

These Policies are governed by Danish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the courts of Denmark or your local competent consumer authority.
