Refund policy

1. Return window

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. How to return

Contact us with your order number. We provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return label. Keep the proof of posting until the refund is issued.

3. Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return is received and inspected.

4. Exceptions

Personal hygiene items, perishables, and custom-made products are excluded from the return right where permitted by law.

5. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours. We cover all costs and replace or refund in full.
