1. Processing time

Orders are transmitted to the supplier within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Delivery times

Typical delivery is 2-7 business days depending on destination. Each product page shows a specific estimate.

3. Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. You can also see it on the order page in your account.

4. Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, we contact you before any re-shipment costs are applied.
