Terms of service

1. General

These terms govern the use of this store. By placing an order, you accept these terms. We reserve the right to update them; the version in force at the time of your order applies.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Supplier prices are re-checked before payment; if a price changed materially, you will be asked to review your cart. An order is confirmed once payment is received and verified by our payment provider.

3. Delivery

Delivery estimates are shown on each product page. Orders are handed to the supplier within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We are not liable for carrier delays outside our control.

4. Returns and refunds

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for an order is capped at the amount paid for that order.
